What Happens After You Submit
Once your request comes in, a member of our team reviews it directly — there's no automated triage or outside call center in between. We'll follow up to confirm the details of your space and, if a walk-through makes sense, find a time that works with your building's schedule and access requirements. For occupied commercial spaces, that often means coordinating around business hours, tenant activity, or existing operations, so let us know about any scheduling constraints up front.
Having a few things ready ahead of time helps us give you a more useful conversation from the start: the approximate square footage or room count involved, the type of space (office, retail, healthcare, education, multi-family, etc.), any existing flooring that needs to be removed, and who to coordinate with for site access. Photos of the current flooring are helpful but not required — our team can evaluate materials and conditions in person during the walk-through.
