DANIELLA COHEN
President & CEO
Daniella is the third generation of the Cohen family to lead Peacock Floors. She started sweeping the warehouse floors at age 4, joined full-time in 2008 after graduating from UC Davis, and purchased the business in September 2025.
Her communication style? "Professional technical with a really big dash of humor." She believes in educating clients, not just selling to them — and that approach has transformed how Peacock does business.

TOM TOWNSEND
General Manager
Tom handles on-site measurements and project oversight for Peacock Floors. His attention to detail and deep understanding of commercial flooring requirements ensure that every project runs smoothly from specification to installation.
With extensive experience in the flooring industry, Tom brings a level of precision and professionalism that our clients rely on. He's often the first Peacock representative you'll meet on-site, and he sets the standard for the entire installation process.
