DANIELLA COHEN
President & CEO
As the person who now leads Peacock Floors day to day, Daniella sets the tone for how the company communicates with clients and manages projects from first walk-through to final punch list.
Daniella is the third generation of the Cohen family to lead Peacock Floors. She started sweeping the warehouse floors at age 4, joined full-time in 2008 after graduating from UC Davis, and purchased the business in September 2025.
Her communication style? "Professional technical with a really big dash of humor." She believes in educating clients, not just selling to them — and that approach has transformed how Peacock does business.

TOM TOWNSEND

With extensive experience in the flooring industry, Tom brings a level of precision and professionalism that our clients rely on. He's often the first Peacock representative you'll meet on-site, and he sets the standard for the entire installation process.
