STONE COMPOSITE CORE
Stone Composite Core (SPC) is the latest iteration of flooring stemming from Luxury Vinyl Tile and Planks (LVT/LVP). This is a wonderful product for residential or property management applications. The core of this product is stone rather than vinyl, making it a very durable and sturdy plank (rather than pliable and flexible). It comes with a built in pad, giving the product some spring and a huge selling point is that its waterproof.
This product category is still growing everyday - colors, textures, and applications. It's quickly becoming a competitive and preferable product to LVT/LVP.
